Club Membership

Here are our membership options for the 2024-25 club year. All fees should be paid via standing order or bank transfer (details below), using your full name as the reference. Our payment details can be found at the bottom of this page. Membership at BATTS is subject to a fair use policy, which can be read at the bottom of this page.

Members who join later than August 2024 but before June 2025 and wish to pay annual fees will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
From June 2025 to August 2025, only monthly memberships will be available for complete membership, and quarterly memberships will be available for associate membership.

Table Tennis England Membership

All People MUST take out Table Tennis England membership ( FREE if you don't play in competitions) so they are insured for accidents and appear on our database, you need to tick BATTS as your club.

All Batts Members that compete in league / tournaments must also register for a paid  Table Tennis England membership. If you only play at the club level (i.e., you don't compete in the Harlow Table Tennis League), you can simply select Table Tennis England's Club Play FREE membership type. Otherwise, you will need to choose a paid membership option. Table Tennis England provides guidance on their website to help you determine which membership type is most suitable for you.
NOTE:
During the Table Tennis England membership registration, you will be asked to identify the 'clubs and leagues' you are a part of. Please select 'BATTS Table Tennis Club (Essex - 2009)' and, if applicable, 'Harlow League'.
