Junior Coaching

BATTS offers playing opportunities for all children aged aged from 8 years old, and the sections below outline the different sessions run at BATTS.

We ask that all session participants wear suitable sports clothing – casual wear such as a short sleeved shirt, shorts/joggers and indoor sports shoes are fine.

Junior Sessions

Peak times: evening sessions and special openings on request.

After School Club

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
4pm – 5pm
New session format open to all children aged between 8 and 19 years at any standard.
Participants play against each other – coaching is available during this time as part of session fee.

(attending one weekly session)
£24 /month
(attending two/three weekly sessions

Beginner

Tuesday
4pm – 5:30pm
Suitable for beginning standard players that wish to take their table tennis skill to the next level – games, coaching, practice, match play and more.
£7 /session
£20 /month

Intermediate

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
5pm – 7pm
Players are invited to the Intermediate group when the coaching team feel they have advanced past beginner level.
Players within this group have developed a greater understanding of the game and have a grasped the fundamentals well.

(attending one weekly session)
£35 /month
(attending two/three weekly sessions

Advanced

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
5pm – 7pm
Players are invited to the Advanced group when the coaching team feel they have advanced past intermediate level.
Players within this group have developed high level of competency and are competing in tournaments and competitions.
£12 /session
